Waterfront has advised Workable Software on the $1.5m investment in the company by investors led by Greylock IL, the Israel/UK-based affiliate of Greylock Partners, a leading US venture capital fund. Workable Software is Greek company that provides a cloud-based recruitment platform for SMEs to manage their recruitment with simple tools to promote their jobs online, review candidates and schedule interviews. Workable has previously raised $950,000 from angel investors and the Greek seed capital fund, The Openfund, with the latter also participating in the latest round.
The Waterfront team advising on this transaction was led by Matt Cunningham with support from Patrick Peake and Fifi Conroy.
Nayia Antoniou provided Greek legal advice to Workable Software.
