We’re proud to be donning our trainers and sweatbands to participate in the 10th London Legal Walk on the 19 May.

The 10km walk is organised by the London Legal Support Trust to raise money to support free legal advice charities in London and the South East. The Trust aims to make access to justice equally available to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. If the organisers reach their target, the Waterfront team should be part of a 10,000 strong group of lawyers and the judiary, walking the circular route from Chancery Lane.

Waterfront Partner, Carole Hailey said, “We’re really pleased to be joining the London Legal Walk this year. Providing free legal advice makes a huge difference to peoples’ lives, reducing debt, poverty and homelessness, and combatting discrimination and injustice. Public spending cuts and the impact of the recession make it even more necessary to raise money for this important cause.”

If you’d like to show your support for the team, which includes Fifi Conroy, Piers Strickland, Carole Hailey, Alison Berryman, Katie Broadley, Chloe Taylor, Patrick Peake, Lindsey Rigg, Patricia Dean and Anthony Purvis, you can donate via our sponsorship page her
