Client Testimonials
"For us, solicitors have to be innovative, be able to deliver on time, within budget and most importantly provide a quick turn around when needed. I am pleased to say that Ikonami has been using Waterfront... since 2006 and in them we have a legal partner we can rely on to watch our corner time and time again."

Consultancy Agreements
You should always enter into a written consultancy agreement with independent consultants, and in particular, if your business is heavily reliant on copyright (i.e. the IT industry).
The purpose of a consultancy agreement is four-fold to (i) make sure you get paid and receive the deliverables you expect; (ii) protect your confidential information; (iii) ensure that all intellectual property rights which the consultant creates are owned by you; and (iv) to provide you with recourse if it later turns out that the work done by the consultant infringes intellectual property rights owned by a third party.
