Amanda Fishwick

Amanda is an experienced employment lawyer providing proactive commercial advice on both contentious and non-contentious issues. She has advised extensively on collective and individual redundancies; the employment aspects of corporate restructurings and outsourcing arrangements including specialist advice on TUPE; unfair and wrongful dismissal claims; and service agreements and terms and conditions of employment. In addition, she regularly advises on severance packages for departing senior executives; issues arising from Trade Union recognition and labour disputes; race, sex, age and disability discrimination matters; and all day-to-day employment issues. Amanda also prepares and presents bespoke client training courses on all aspects of employment law.

Landé Belo

Landé specialises in all aspects of employment and labour law, as well as corporate immigration law. She has acted for a wide range of clients in various industry sectors and has advised extensively on cross-border employment issues; TUPE; joint ventures; outsourcing and in-sourcing; redundancy and restructuring; information and consultation regulations; European Work Councils; trade union rights and recognition; and collective bargaining. She has represented employers in various employment tribunal matters and High Court litigation, and acted for an individual in the landmark Court of Appeal race discrimination case Anya v University of Oxford. She regularly advises on all strands of discrimination; employment protection rights; restrictive covenants; and severance packages for senior executives. She has written articles for various publications including Employment Law and Pay Advice and conducts and manages client training, seminars and workshops. Prior to joining the Waterfront Partnership, Landé worked as a Legal Consultant for Halebury, a "virtual" legal practice which she founded.

Louise Hardiman

Louise qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and joined Waterfront Solicitors in February 2007.  She has a wide range of legal experience, and has worked on all aspects of IT law and contracts. For example: licensing, outsourcing, consultancy, support and services agreements, on-line contracting, website terms, confidentiality and teaming agreements, bid responses, procurement and tendering, and reselling and distribution agreements.

After qualifying with Baker & McKenzie, Louise has spent most of her legal career working "in-house".  She spent three and a half years at investment bank Salomon Brothers (now part of Citigroup) and six years at Oracle Corporation.  At Oracle she held Senior Legal Counsel positions in Central & East Europe, the UK, and in EMEA.  Since 2003, she has worked in various legal and commercial roles for Barclays, Royal London Asset Management and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).  She has considerable experience of handling the day-to-day legal matters which companies need to deal with in-house, such as organising contract management, drafting and training staff on standard contracts, drafting internal company policies and business practices, dealing with questions of corporate ethics, legal risk management, writing internal education materials and training staff on relevant legal matters.

Louise works part-time for Waterfront Solicitors. 

Matthew Cunningham

Matthew has expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including licensing, outsourcing, franchising, consultancy, support and services agreements, reselling and referral agreements, procurement agreements and tendering documentation, confidentiality agreements and website terms. He also advises on a variety of corporate transactions and agreements, including business and share sales and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements and employee incentive schemes.  Matthew studied for his professional qualifications while working in-house at Telehouse Europe Limited, a leading supplier of collocation services to the IT and telecoms industries.  He takes a practical, commercial approach to resolving legal issues.

Mulika Sannie
