Waterfront Solicitors LLP was established in 2002 by lawyers who were disillusioned by the city law firm attitude to providing legal advice. We maintain a flexible approach to pricing - for example, depending on the matter, we often work on a fixed price basis and generally offer a free consultation at the start of any project. When we do work on an hourly basis our services are provided at regional law firm rates. Why? We wanted to strike a better balance between costs and results, so we can better manage our client's expectations and give them certainty in an unfamiliar process.
We pride ourselves on our "just pick up the phone and give us a call" philosophy and do not believe that you should always be billed for each minute that we spend talking with you.
